Hola Bonitas 🤍 I totally understand that life happens — things come up, schedules change, and that’s okay! All I ask is for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If cancellations or no-shows happen repeatedly, a 50% service fee will be applied. This helps me keep things fair and respect everyone’s time — including yours 🤍
